  • Aged 19 or older

See Gymnastics Canada website for more details.

Exemptions (GBC)

Coaches must meet the B.C. minimum NCCP certification coaching standards for their level of athletes; this applies to both everyday training and competitions.

Coaches who do not meet the minimum standards for their level of athletes must apply for an exemption.

To request an exemption, complete the form below. This form should be completed at the beginning of the season or when assigned to an athlete of whom you do not meet the minimum standards to coach.

Approved exemptions are valid for training and GBC events for the current membership season.  Exemptions are valid for one season and may only be granted once for a particular level.
