Nine B.C. gymnasts qualiry for Team BC

Nine trampoline gymnasts from throughout B.C. have qualified to at the 2013 Western Canada Cup. The event takes place June 7-9 is hosted by B.C.'s TAG Sports Centre at the Port Moody Recreational Centre. The gymnasts were selected to Team BC following three trials held earlier this year.

2013 Trampoline Gymnastics BC Championships wrap-up in Kamloops

Close to 200 trampoline gymnasts from around B.C. competed this past weekend at the 2013 Trampoline Gymnastics BC Championships in Kamloops. With 96 titles in trampoline, double mini trampoline, tumbling and synchronized trampoline awarded, the Tournament Capital Centre was a flurry of activity.

B.C.'s Gord Bennett selected national Profile 1 judge

Following the FIG International WAG judges course in Montreal earlier this month, B.C.'s Gord Bennett was selected as the new Profile 1 judge for Canada. He joins Liz Armitage and Elena Davydova in this select group of judges.

Sixty-three B.C. gymnasts qualify for Team BC to artistic Westerns

Sixty-three artistic gymnasts from throughout B.C. have qualified to at the 2013 Western Canadian Gymnastics Championships. The championships take place May 2-4 in Winnipeg. The gymnasts were selected to Team BC following trials held in North Vancouver, Langley and Surrey earlier this year.

Ikeda, Clay and Morgan to defend Canada at Kyle Shewfelt Gymnastics Festival

B.C.'s Ken Ikeda (Twisters), Zachary Clay (Twisters) and Scott Morgan (Flicka) along with Saskatchewan's Anderson Loran will defend Canada against a team from the United States in a dual meet at the 2013 Kyle Shewfelt Gymnastics Festival. The competition takes place on Friday, March 15 in Calgary.
