Flicka's Taylor Ricci signs with Oregon State

Flicka gymnast Taylor Ricci will spend the next four years competing for the Oregon State Beavers. Ricci signed her National Letter of Intent on Wednesday and joins a strong gymnastics program. Former Flicka teammate Laura-Ann Chong is an alumnus of Oregon State.

In a release from Oregon State, gymnastics coach Tanya Chaplin announced Wednesday that four gymnasts signed National Letters of Intent to join the program for the 2013-14 season.

The 2013 recruiting class consists of Megan Jimenez (Temecula, Calif./Precision Gymnastics Academy), Kana Kobayashi (Salt Lake City, Utah/Olympus School of Gymnastics), Kaytianna McMillan (Coburg, Ore./National Academy of Artistic Gymnastics) and Taylor Ricci (North Vancouver, B.C./Flicka Gymnastics Club).

"We are very excited to sign these four young women," head coach Tanya Chaplin said. "They are talented gymnasts and excellent students with the ability and drive to become the next standouts for the Oregon State gymnastics program."
