Become a Judge

Have you ever thought about becoming a gymnastics judge? Active and retired gymnasts, parents, coaches, and anyone passionate about the sport can get involved and become a judge!

You can become a judge in one (or more) of our competitive disciplines: Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG), and/or Trampoline Gymnastics (TG). See below for more information on getting started in the discipline of your choosing.

MAG Judging

To start as a MAG Judge you would need to become trained as an "Entry Level" Judge. This is a self-directed online course which can be taken at any time of year.

WAG Judging

To start as a WAG Judge you can begin with either an Xcel Judging Course or a CCP 3-5 Judging Course, both are entry level courses. WAG Judging courses typically run from September to December each year, virtually and in person, and can be found on our education calendar!

Education Calendar

TG Judging

To start as a TG Judge you would need to take one of three entry level options: P3/P4 Trampoline, P3/P4 Tumbling, and/or P3/P4 Double Mini Trampoline (DMT). TG courses typically run from August to October each year, and can be found on our education calendar.
